Refund Policy

We offer a clear and simple refund process to ensure peace of mind for every applicant:

• Unsuccessful Applications: If your application for a plot is not successful, you will receive a 100% refund of the registration amount within 30 days from the date of allotment announcement. No deductions, No hidden charges.
• Refund Method: All refunds will be made through NEFT/RTGS, Demand Draft (DD), or Cheque to the same bank account details provided during the application process.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by Applicant: If you decide to cancel your allotment voluntarily after confirmation, a 25% deduction from the registration amount may apply as cancellation charges. The balance amount will be refunded after verification and processing.
• Timeline for Cancellation Refund: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 45 days from the date of receiving a valid cancellation request and completion of due diligence.
• No Response from Allottee: In case we do not receive any response from the allottee post allotment, we will initiate the refund process after completing necessary verifications, in line with the applicable policy guidelines.

Dispute Resolution

• We encourage all applicants to resolve any concerns regarding cancellations or refunds through mutual discussion.
• If disputes remain unresolved, the matter may be referred to the Adjudicating Officer as per the provisions of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA).
• The courts located in Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any legal proceedings.
